Composition
SOYA FLAKES 95%, BARLEY MALT 5%.
Properties
Zwicky organic soya flakes are made from rich soya beans and are coated with malt. Soya flakes are cholesterol-free and contain 38% vegetable protein. Zwicky organic soya flakes are the only ones to be stabilised in their entirety according to the method of Prof. Dr. W. Kollath and contain few carbohydrates.

Application
Enjoy organic soya flakes as a muesli or simply stir into fruit yoghurt, quark or cold milk. Organic soya flakes can be used to enrich many dishes, in spaghetti sauces (instead of minced meat) in soups, soufflés or added to bread or cake batter.
