Product details

Xylo-Mepha Plus is a nasal spray with a spray device and contains two active ingredients: xylometazoline has vasoconstrictive properties and thus causes mucosal decongestion. Dexpanthenol is a derivative of the vitamin pantothenic acid, which is characterised by its wound-healing and mucous membrane-protecting properties.

Xylo-Mepha Plus is used to reduce swelling of the nasal mucosa in the event of a cold.

On prescription from a doctor

Xylo-Mepha Plus can also be used on a doctor's prescription for the treatment of runny nose (vasomotor rhinitis) and for the treatment of nasal obstruction following nasal surgery.

Xylo-Mepha Plus is intended for adults and children from 6 years of age.
