How to use
For one portion, pour 30 g (or two lightly heaped tablespoons) into a dry container and stir with a fork or whisk (or prepare in a shaker) while adding 200 ml milk or skimmed milk.
If required, drink 1û2 portions of Vita Protein Complex daily or stir the powder into a fruit muesli. Ensure sufficient fluid intake. Drink at least 2 litres of liquid (water, unsweetened herbal or fruit tea) throughout the day.
