Directions

Once a day, pour 20 g of powder (= 1 heaped tablespoon) into a dry container and add 200 ml of liquid (milk or milk substitute, e.g. oat milk). Stir with a fork or whisk. The easiest way to do this is in a shaker. The powder can also be stirred into yoghurt or added to muesli.
