Recommended intake: 3 capsules per day, with or shortly after food. Do not exceed the daily intake of 5g EPA and DHA together. Pregnant and breastfeeding women 1 capsule per day.

Ingredients and nutritional values per daily amount (3 capsules): microalgae Schizochytrium sp. (USA) from controlled cultivation with algae oil; omega 3 fatty acids: 1000mg DHA and 500mg EPA, modified potato starch, humectant: glycerol, thickener: carrageenan, sunflower oil, antioxidant: L-ascorbyl palmitate, D-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E) 10.8mg, flavouring: rosemary extract, acidity regulator: sodium carbonate vegan, lactose-free, gluten-free. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
