Cold-pressed organic extra virgin olive oil.

Oil of the highest category, obtained directly from olives using only mechanical processes. PrimOliv, harvested early, is an unfiltered oil available at the end of the year. 9 to 12 kg of green olives, picked and pressed in autumn, are needed to produce one litre of oil. The oil has a deep green colour and is reminiscent of freshly mown grass on the nose. Depending on the vintage, notes of artichokes, tomatoes or apples can be recognised on the palate. Origin Spain.
