Properties
Immediate cooling for bruises, sprains and contusions.
Place the inner liquid core in the centre of the Icepack. Grasp the Icepack with both hands and squeeze firmly so that the inner bag bursts. Shake the Icepack vigorously to mix the contents thoroughly. Apply the ice pack to the injured area.
Cool for a maximum of 30 minutes.
