The trackle Catch cycle computer, consisting of a sensor with a back strap, app and backend, helps women to recognise their fertile days and ovulation and supports them in their desire to have children or hormone-free contraception.
The trackle sensor measures the intravaginal temperature / basal body temperature at regular intervals during sleep. When the silicone sensor, which is similar to a tampon, is placed on the storage box/magnet, it starts automatically transmitting the data to the app (Bluetooth) and deletes successfully transmitted values. The firmware also has a self-test module that can query the main components and check their function. Dimensions: L: 66mm, W: 23.3 mm, H: 20mm, Weight: 32 g. Class IIb medical device.

After transmitting and storing the data on the app, the basal body temperature (lowest value in resting position) is determined in the backend and the data is analysed according to the rules of the symptothermal method / Sensiplan.
The trackle app for cycle monitoring shows the user daily where she is in her cycle and whether she is currently fertile or not. This allows them to recognise fertile and infertile days as well as ovulation. The app fulfils two tasks: on the one hand, it transmits data between the sensor and the backend, and on the other, it acts as a user interface for the user to enter and display data. The app does not perform any analysing functions. The software developed by trackle runs on iOS and Android devices (available in every conventional app store). Class 1 medical device. 
In the trackle backend, all data is stored, analysed and prepared for output to the app for the user. All evaluation algorithms strictly follow the specifications of the symptothermal method, based on the Sensiplan set of rules;
