Properties

When it comes to the well-being of men, small-leaved willowherb is the herb of choice. Its flavour is convincing with a fine aroma of lamb's lettuce. It therefore goes perfectly with summer cuisine.

How to use

Break as many herbs per cup (200ml) as there is room for on a heaped teaspoon. Pour boiling water over and leave to infuse for a maximum of 10 minutes.
