Directions

pour boiling water over 1 teaspoon per cup (200 ml) and leave to infuse for 10 minutes.

Store in a dry place away from heat.

Product details

The leaves are typically emerald green in colour and after infusion the tea appears bright yellow. Its flavour is reminiscent of the aromas of Asia. The mild Sencha tea has a grassy-fresh flavour with subtle tart nuances. Goes well with fish, Japanese dishes and dishes with wild garlic or garlic.
