Composition

From certified organic cultivation: blue mallow (poplar), lemon balm, raspberry leaves, spearmint, elderflower, lime blossom, cornflower.

Properties

The tart, floral herbal blend with blue mallow and lemon balm is a great flavour enhancer. The tea goes wonderfully with Italian risottos.

How to use

Break up as many herbs per cup (200 ml) as there is room for on a heaped teaspoon. Pour boiling water over and leave to infuse for a maximum of 10 minutes
