Properties

Linseed is one of the oldest cultivated plants in the world. In addition to 40% fatty oil, the seed also contains 3-6% mucilage. The mucilage and dietary fibres are a valuable addition to today's civilised diet. It is well known that linseed has a stimulating and beneficial effect on intestinal activity. Heat extrusion is a special process in which the starting product is gently broken down by thermal action (without steam).á

How to use

Mix 2-3 teaspoons daily with vegetables, soups, yoghurt or Birchermuesli.

Drink enough liquid with it!
