Solmucalm Cold Cough is a cough syrup with two active ingredients: N-acetylcysteine, an expectorant that dilutes the viscous secretions so that they are easier to cough up, and chlorphenamine, a substance with a calming effect that also alleviates allergic symptoms.
Solmucalm Cold Cough Syrup for children/adults is therefore suitable for the treatment of cold coughs.
