Organic guar fibres.
Properties
Guar gum is mainly composed of galactomannans, a low-calorie soluble vegetable fibre. It is an indispensable partner in gluten-free recipes as it makes the dough elastic.
Directions for use
The recommended amount per 500g of flour is 10g of guar (2% of the weight of the flour).
