The basis for our Genmaicha is a particularly high-quality, small-leaf green tea - in contrast to the usual simpler and large-leaf Bancha qualities used for Genmaicha. The brown rice is roasted with the utmost care so that not a single grain of rice pops. This care can ultimately be felt in the cup. A bright green cup colour and highly aromatic notes.
