What is Simalaya and when is it used?
Mucus, crust formation and dryness of the upper respiratory tract often impede breathing in children and adults. In small children who cannot blow their own nose, mucus stuck in the nose or an incrustation of the nasal mucous membrane can considerably impede breathing. Isotonic saline solutions prevent the nasal mucosa from drying out, soften crusts and dissolve stuck mucus. Simalaya Nasal Moisturiser contains Himalayan salt, an ancient sea salt from the Himalayan mountains, where it is protected from environmental toxins. Due to its content of numerous minerals and trace elements, it is considered to be very healthy and represents the original form of natural salt. To support its beneficial effect, Simalaya contains an extract of pasque flower (Pulsatilla pratensis).

Use Simalaya for

• Moistening dry, even encrusted nasal mucous membranes (e.g. as a result of dry air in heated and air-conditioned rooms such as offices, aeroplanes, etc.)
• gentle cleansing and care of the nasal cavities
• Soothing irritation of sensitive nasal mucosa (e.g. sensitivity to pollen, house dust, ozone, etc.)

How do you use Simalaya?
Dosage:

• For moisturising and care: áPray one squirt into each nostril.
  Repeat the process several times a day as required.
• For cleansing: Give two or three squirts into each nostril.
• Simalaya can be used over a longer period of time without hesitation

Instructions for use:

• Remove the protective cap.
• Hold the bottle exactly as shown in the illustration.
• Press the spray head down to spray.
• To ensure that the nasal humidifier works optimally, spray one or two times into the empty space before use.
• For moisturising and care: Spray one puff into each nostril and inhale gently.
• For cleansing: Pour two or three sprays into each nostril, wait a few seconds and blow.
• For small children, clean carefully with a cotton pad.
• It is recommended to wipe or clean the nasal passage after each use
