SIDROGA Verveine 20 aromageschützte Doppelkammerbeutel

Active ingredient: Lemon bush leaves (Verveine)

Indications: Sidroga Verveine tea is used for both tension and nervous indigestion.

Dosage: Adults and schoolchildren aged 6 years and over take 1 cup up to 5 times a day during or after meals as required; to promote sleep, 1 to 2 cups should be taken half an hour before going to bed.

Method of use: pour boiling water over one tea bag per cup and leave to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes. Then remove the tea bag and gently squeeze it out over the cup. Only use one tea bag per cup of tea and only drink your tea after you have removed the tea bag from the cup.

Contents: 1 double chamber bag contains 1.0 g of dried and finely chopped lemon bush leaves (verbena). Boxes with 20 double chamber sachets in flavour protection packaging.
