SHINE Instant Baking Mix Banana Bread BIO Btl 350 g

Ingredients

Oat flour* (gluten free), rolled oats* (gluten free), peanut flour*, coconut blossom sugar*, sunflower seeds* (7.7%), tapioca starch*, ground linseed* (3.7%), baking powder (raising agents: monocalcium phosphate and sodium bicarbonate) and corn starch*, cinnamon powder* (1.4%), sodium bicarbonate and pink Himalayan salt *from certified organic farming.

Directions

For 1 loaf of 760g:

Mash 3 medium-ripe bananas in a large bowl (approximately one cup) and mix them with 200ml plant-based drink or water and 2 coffee spoons of apple cider vinegar.

Add the entire contents of the Shine Banana Bread (350g) mixture to the liquid and stir gently until you have a thick batter.

Pour the batter into a cake tin and bake in an oven preheated to 180¦C for 45 minutes.

Tip: Before placing in the oven, you can place slices of fresh banana, dried fruit and pieces of dark chocolate on top of the batter.
