How to use

Yoghurt: 1-2 soup spoons in yoghurt.
Porridge: Mix 3-4 soup spoons with 90 ml water, plant-based drink or milk, stir and serve with fruit and toppings.
Smoothie: Mix 1-2 soup spoons with 300 ml of water, plant-based drink or milk and shake well.
