After pressing, the intense flavours are gently extracted from the fat using steam. The mild coconut fat is fairly traded and comes from our HAND IN HAND partner in Sri Lanka.á
Application
Mild coconut oil is neutral in flavour and can therefore be used in a variety of ways. It is ideal for frying, baking and deep-frying as it can be heated to a particularly high temperature.á
