Properties
Goji berries, also known as Tibetan goji (Lycium barbarum L.), grow on purple-flowering shrubs at the foot of the Himalayas. In order to preserve the valuable ingredients, the hand-picked sweet fruits are gently dried in the sun. For over 2000 years, goji berries have been cultivated at the foot of the Himalayas in the ½Province of Plant Medicine+ as a valuable foodstuff and have become an integral part of the Asian diet
Because of their valuable ingredients, the fruits are called ½Happy Berries+ and the recipes are passed down from generation to generation.á
Application
We recommend goji berries as an addition to sultanas, or as an accompaniment to yoghurt, muesli, salad, rice, pasta, or simply on their own!
