Lavender extract 25.8% (125 mg), lemon balm extract 8.2% (40 mg), magnesium oxide, maltodextrin, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide, thiamine hydrochloride, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
Application
During the day for inner balance: take 1 capsule 2 times throughout the day. In the evening before going to bed, take 3 capsules with a little liquid. For adults and children from 6 years of age.
