Properties
Blossoms are moulded from the resulting juice, which is gently heated. Using the gentle and unique ½Method Panela+, the blocks are carefully granulated into sugar at the processor in Pontenure/Italy according to traditional craftsmanship: This wholefood sugar is rich in various flavours and contains a high spectrum of high-quality nutrients. The valuable nutrients and the natural sucrose spectrum are largely retained in the end product thanks to the traditional and gentle processing using the ½Panela+ method.
Application
Gulamerah is suitable as a wholesome sugar with exotic flavours for tea (herbal tea). It enriches muesli, flakes, desserts, fruit salads and drinks.
