Black mulberries.
Properties
Black mulberries are pleasantly sweet. The dried berries are rich in vitamins E and K, iron and potassium. Vitamin E helps to protect body cells against oxidative stress, vitamin K strengthens bones, iron is good against fatigue and potassium helps to regulate blood pressure.
Use
They can be enjoyed as a snack or added to muesli and yoghurt.
