Directions
stir 1 sachet (= 3g) into a glass of water (approx. 125ml) 1 to 2 times a day, wait at least 1 minute for activation, stir and drink. It is recommended to take the product on an empty stomach. If you take the product twice a day, it is recommended to take it before breakfast and before dinner.
