Chickpeas from controlled Demeter cultivation. Gently and extra finely ground with the centrofan mill (air whirl mill), gluten-free.

Properties

Chickpea flour is often used in oriental cuisine for breads, vegetable patties, fried vegetables in chickpea batter (pakora), sweets (laddhu) and as a binding agent for sauces. It has a characteristic, aromatic flavour and is rich in protein. In addition, the flour has a blinding fat-repellent property, which means that almost no fat is absorbed during frying. This makes the food much easier to digest.á

Application

For gluten-free and/or Asian cuisine. For pastries, porridge, pancakes, pudding, falafel, as breadcrumbs, ábinderásumsigt and much more.á
