Properties

Cocoa is obtained from the seed of the cocoa tree. The evergreen cocoa tree bears 20-50 fruits after a splendid blossom. Embedded in sweet and sour pulp, they contain 30-60 white-bluish, almond-shaped cocoa beans. One cocoa tree yields a maximum of 2 kg of seeds.
