Ingredients
OAT FLAKES**, DINKEL FLAKES**, sultanas* 15%, BARLEY FLAKES**, black and red currants* 5%, SESAME seeds unpeeled*, blackberries* 1%, strawberries* 0.4%. Naturally contains sugar. *from organic farming / **from organic dynamic farming. Allergens: GLUTEN, SESAME SEEDS.
Properties
M³esli with berries organic bud 500g. The berries give the M³esli its fruity, aromatic and fresh flavour. Spelt, oat and barley flakes form the balanced cereal base.
Use
3-4 tbsp Morga berry muesli, 1.8 dl yoghurt or whole milk. To refine: add a little quark, cream or fresh fruit. Mix the ingredients together and serve.
