Caramel pudding without gelatine
Ingredients
Fructose, caramel sugar 46%, potato starch, vegetable thickener: agar-agar, vanilla bourbon powder, colouring: riboflavin.
Properties
Caramel pudding (-K÷pfli) 160g. For cooking!

Application
Pour the caramel sugar into small moulds. Stir the custard powder into 750ml of hot milk. Allow to boil gently for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour the mixture into the sponges prepared with caramelised sugar and chill.
