Ingredients
Green tea (China), peppermint, cinnamon bark, matcha, guarana (5%), cola nuts, stevia leaves, iron, vitamin B complex (vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, folic acid).
Properties
Energy tea 20 bags Ó 1.8g. Iron and vitamins B2, B6, B12, niacin, pantothenic acid contribute to normal energy metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
To cover 50% of the daily requirement of iron and the B vitamins B2, B6, B12, niacin, pantothenic acid, 2 cups of this tea (2x200ml) should be consumed daily.
How to use
Pour 2dl of boiling water over the tea bag and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes. Swirl the bag in the infusion, squeeze the bag well on the edge of the cup or with a spoon.
