Magnesium Biomed contains magnesium in a form that is easily and sufficiently absorbed by the body. Magnesium is a vital mineral that is essential for many metabolic processes in the human body. Magnesium mainly acts on the heart, blood vessels, nerves and muscles.

The normal human requirement is 300 to 400 mg per day. A magnesium deficiency can result in mild to severe disorders. There is an increased need for magnesium, for example, during high-performance sport, pregnancy, breastfeeding, alcohol abuse and during growth.
