Properties
We have selected an organic buckwheat flour for you, which gives these noodles a brown colour and a typical buckwheat flavour.
How to use
Cook in plenty of boiling salted water for about 9 minutes. (8 minutes for "al dente"). To improve the consistency, do not stir. We recommend serving with a little olive oil, butter or a sauce of your choice. Bon appétit!
