Effaclar K+ Aquagel from La Roche Posay is a moisturising facial care product. The Aquagel regenerates the skin, regulates sebum and soothes inflammation, making it ideal for people with blemished combination skin, clogged pores and an uneven complexion. Effaclar K+ contains the antioxidant active ingredient complex carnosine, airlicium, a sebum-reducing active ingredient, as well as LHA and salicylic acid, which have a micro-exfoliating and soothing effect on the skin.
