Millet*, buckwheat*, dried fruit 13.5% (pineapple*, apple*), oilseeds 8.5% (pumpkin seeds*, sunflower seeds*, sweet almonds*), amaranth*. *From organic farming.
Properties
Vegan. No added sugará (naturally contains sugar).
Directions
Stir 3 tablespoons (approx. 35g) of MorgenStundæ into approx. 120-140ml of boiling water and leave to swell for 1 û 2 minutes. Or stir MorgenStundæ into approx. 160û180ml water with a whisk. Bring to the boil while stirring and simmer over a low heat for 1-2 minutes.
