Ingredients
Wholemeal spelt semolina, crystal natural salt**, parsnip, carrot, onion, sunflower oil, spices (hyssop, quedel, parsley, fenugreek seeds, bertram, galangal, thyme), spice extract (lovage). **Uniodised.
Properties
Without flavour enhancers, naturally lactose-free and vegan, without yeast.
Directions
Add one tablespoon of the fasting soup powder (10g) to 250 ml boiling hot water, stir and simmer for approx. 5 minutes, stirring several times - ready!
To avoid the formation of lumps, sprinkle the powder slowly and evenly with a spoon and stir.
