Both the hemp and blackberry leaves as well as the lemon verbena come from certified organic cultivation. They are all picked by hand and hand-picked before processing to ensure that only the best quality ingredients go into the tea blend.

The essential oils of lemon verbena dissolve particularly well in hot water. They give the hemp tea its calming fragrance and pleasant citrus flavour.

Directions for use:
For 1 cup of hemp tea, pour approx. 250ml of boiling water over a pyramid bag and leave to infuse for 8-10 minutes.

Add a few drops of lime juice to intensify the flavour. Add a teaspoon of honey to sweeten.
