The essential oils of Turkish balm dissolve particularly well in hot water. They give the hemp tea its refreshing fragrance and pleasant minty flavour.

Directions for use:
For 1 cup of hemp tea, pour approx. 250ml of boiling water over a pyramid bag and leave to infuse for 8-10 minutes.
