Organic hemp flour consists of ground and partially de-oiled organic hemp seeds. The flour has a high fibre content (approx. 50%) and a high protein content (approx. 30%). It also contains around 11% of the valuable fatty acids found in hemp seeds.

The organic hemp protein is free from:

- Flavour enhancers
- Preservatives
- Colourings
- synthetically produced flavourings
- Additives

Application:
Depending on the flour mix, up to 25% of the conventional cereal flour can be replaced by organic hemp flour.

Important: Hemp flour does not stick, so bread cannot be baked from pure hemp flour.
