Fluimare Plus Nasenspray Fl 15 ml

Fluimare plus consists of sterile seawater with minerals and trace elements from the Atlantic Ocean with the addition of dexpanthenol (provitamin B5) in a percentage of 2%.

Thanks to dexpanthenol, Fluimare plus has a soothing effect that helps to protect the nasal mucosa. In fact, Fluimare plus is particularly helpful in cases of severe rhinitis or hay fever, which lead to frequent sniffling, as well as in cases of crust formation.

Fluimare plus is used in the following cases:

• for daily nasal hygiene (cleansing and gentle rinsing of the nasal cavities);
• for nasal congestion: liquefies nasal secretions and improves drainage;
• to moisturise the nasal mucosa in case of crust formation, dry air in heated and air-conditioned rooms (office, home, car, plane, etc.);
• if the air is polluted with pollen, house dust, etc;
• sensitive nasal mucosa and/or an irritated nose.

The seawater contained in Fluimare plus has a beneficial effect on the nasal cavities and paranasal sinuses, which are particularly important for keeping the respiratory tract healthy. The composition promotes a gentle decongestant effect and helps to drain secretions.
