Floradix Iron + Vitamins Capsules is a dietary supplement in the form of soft capsules with iron and vitamins based on cold-pressed olive oil and herbal extracts.

Iron and vitamins B2, B6, B12 and C contribute to normal energy metabolism and help to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Iron and vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells. Vitamin B1 contributes to normal energy metabolism. Niacin contributes to the normal function of the nervous system.

Floradix Iron + Vitamins Capsules contain folic acid and are free from preservatives, gluten and lactose.

Recommended dosage
- Take 1 capsule daily at least 30 minutes before a meal (ideally breakfast) with sufficient liquid.
- 1 capsule covers the daily requirement of iron.

For optimum iron absorption, iron should be taken at least 30 minutes before a meal and shouldnot be combinedwith coffee, green/black tea (tannins) or dairy products. Components of other food supplements or medicines as well as certain foods (e.g. wholemeal products and pulses) taken together with iron can also impair iron absorption

A 12-week intake is recommended and can be extended or repeated at a later date if necessary.á
