- Magnesium, iron and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. A daily intake of 2g ALA has a positive effect. This corresponds to a quantity of approx. 25g of dried hemp seeds.
Application
Slightly nutty, an ideal alternative in mueslis, smoothies and baked goods.
