Collypan Dry Eyes are eye drops that are used for the symptomatic treatment and prevention of irritated and dry eyes. The eyes are moisturised, the lipid layer of the tear film is stabilised and thus protected from further drying out. Dry eyes can be caused by mechanical stress (e.g. wearing contact lenses), environmental stress (e.g. air conditioning), visual stress (e.g. screen work) or as a side effect of medication. The eye drops contain ectoine and sodium hyaluronate (hyaluronic acid in the form of its sodium salt). Ectoin is a natural cell protection molecule with anti-inflammatory and tear film stabilising properties. Sodium hyaluronate, also a natural substance, is found in the structures of the human eye as well as in the tear film and forms a moisturising film on the surface of the eye.

Dry, burning and itchy eyes can be soothed naturally with Collypan Dry Eyes. The eye drops can reduce irritation caused by dry or irritated conjunctiva.
