Braunovidon ointment is a fat-free, water-soluble povidone-iodine preparation based on polyethylene glycol for external use.
Braunovidon is used to disinfect minor burns, abrasions and lacerations. Braunovidon can be used to disinfect other infected skin injuries exclusively on a doctor's prescription.
