Otitis externa or external otitis is an inflammatory disease of the external auditory canal.

Symptoms include pain, redness and often itching. Otitis externa is caused by the prolonged presence of water in the external auditory canal.

Audispray Dry, your aid for the prevention of otitis externa or external otitis:

- Dries the water in the external auditory canal and provides relief from water in the ear after bathing, showering or swimming.
- Prevents the harmful effects of excessive moisture in the ear.

Composition

Ethanol, boric acid 3 %, glycerine 3 %á

- Ethanol supports the evaporation of water. The polar molecule has hygroscopic properties, i.e. it binds moisture. At a temperature of 37 ¦C it evaporates faster than water.
- Boric acid helps to maintain a physiological acidic pH value, which helps to inhibit the proliferation of microorganisms.
- Glycerine is a solvent of boric acid. It protects the skin and facilitates and accelerates the moisturising effect (by evaporation) of ethyl alcohol by mixing with water (micelles).

- Use after exposure to or contact with water
- 1 spray in each ear
- Up to 2 times a day
