Properties

Apothekers Original Magnesium Muscle Foam was developed for direct application to sore muscles. The foam has an immediate relaxing and soothing effect on muscle cramps, muscle strains and joint pain. The magnesium aspartate it contains has been combined with magnesium sulphate and an active heat complex.

Application

For an extra strong effect, apply after showering.

For cramps:á

Apply the foam directly to the affected area and massage in gently. This allows the muscle to relax and the cramp subsides quickly.

During sport:

For better regeneration and increased endurance, apply the foam to the stressed muscles before or during training and massage in.
